Hope for vulnerable children orphanage is located in the majestic hilly area of kabale district in kigezi region western region of Uganda that is approximately 400kilometers (about 248miles) from kampala which takes around 8 to 10 hours depending on traffic conditions and most common route is via mbarara-kabale highway

From katuna border with republic of Rwanda: the border post connects Uganda and Rwanda is roughly 30kilometrs about 18.6miles from kabale town and takes 30minutes to an hour by vehicle
